Terms and Conditions


  • As NewJerTees LLC fulfills as a "Print  on Demand" e-Commerce business, via Printiful - Returns based on remorse will not be honored. Customers are also strongly advised to adhere to the size chart before submitting their final order as the customer assumes liability in selecting their appropriate size. Returns based on a product being "smaller or larger than what customer is used to in a size" will not be honored. Exchanges can/will be honored if a customer receives size(s) that vary from their selections on their submitted order. All return requests to be submitted to Support@newjertees.com for remedy within 45 days.  
  • New JerTees LLC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an order or design based on availability. 
  • When using the contact form on Home page, New JerTees forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam. Should a submission violate these rules, New JerTees will take the appropriate escalation path

Return and Refund Policy


Returns
If longer than 30 days have gone by since your purchase (or 14 days from product delivery date - whichever comes first),  we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Wrong Address: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to input correct shipping information. Any  cost incurred from address provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, requiring a second delivery will be borne by customer

No Refunds on sale priced items


NewJerTees LLC creates each shirt on the Printiful platform, designs on platform may vary slightly  from digital view to real world customers strongly advised to use discretion when selecting color, style option for a shirt. NewJerTees LLC provides no guarantee that any style or color option on the digital space will translate to the real world space, but will provide reasonable effort to ensure that styles translate. Customer claims involving variation, beyond a reasonable interpretation, that are the foundation of a return request will not be honored.  


 Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@newjertees.com


Please contact support@newjertees.com prior to returning any product. No refunds for buyer's remorse
